OverviewThe Technology & Development intern will be an important member of TravelClick’s technology team. This individual will perform essential and highly valued responsibilities for TravelClick. This individual will be given the opportunity to strengthen their skills in information security, while gaining real-world experience with an innovative company.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative AND operational support in a Web and API function
- Develop a key understanding of TravelClick’s structure, products and processes
- Shadow Senior Leaders in meetings, on conference calls and during presentations
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree candidate. Graduation date from your program must be December 2018 or later
- Knowledge of AngularJS, Spring frameworks, and Google Analytics preferred
- Experience, either professional or project based, in: Core Java, Java Script, HTML and CSS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment guided by iterative learning and teamwork
- Hospitality industry experience/exposure is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced results oriented business environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous record of achieving goals, under timelines, in a professional environment
- Self-starter; takes initiative and thoughtfully shares ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
