Junior ServiceNow Solutions Consultant – Management Consulting 
We are a Managed Services Provider. If you enjoy mentoring, teaching end users about complex software products, working within diverse IT environments, if you enjoy solving massive, enterprise-level problems, you would absolutely love this job. 
As a Junior Solutions Consultant, your first 1-2 months on the job will involve learning every aspect of the ServiceNow platform. We will get you certified in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Development, and ServiceNow Implementation. After that, we will slowly start getting you involved in a variety of Implementation projects. 
This position involves about 20% front end development with JavaScript (Angular.js), however, you will constantly be surrounded by problems that need to be solved and by processes that need to be aligned. If you like a diversity of responsibilities and a change of scenery, adventures, this position is for you!

Requirements:
What you need for this position:
  • Need to know and understand programming, looking for JavaScript or Java development experience. - Will need to learn/ use Angular framework from ServiceNow Dashboard developement.
  • Experience working on Windows or Unix/Linux platforms.
  • General understanding of Databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres).
  • General understanding of Networking – TCP/ IP.
  • Communication skills, a strong drive, and good personality are all absolute musts! Looking for someone who is outgoing and feels comfortable in a room full of executives. Also, if you can guide a room full of people, you will fit in with our team very well.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM is a strong plus!
