JOB DESCRIPTION


Alluvia is a revolutionary integration platform helping medium sized companies integrate eCommerce, CRM, EDI, 3PL, and Shipping apps with their ERP system.

We are currently seeking a Software Support Specialist to join our growing team! You will work on helping our customers with their support requests while using our integration platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer change requests
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers on the use of our software application.
  • Track customer issues and resolutions in help desk system.
  • Coordinate with other members on issue escalation, including; support, implementation and development teams.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in software or other related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong SQL query writing a must.
  • Familiar with ERP/CRM/eCommerce applications preferred
