We are seeking a Technical Analyst to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, recommend and help design solutions in Unit 4 Business World (formerly called Agresso). In addition to technical and functional ERP expertise, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact proactively with business users. Minimum at least 3 years of experience developing/configuring Unit 4 Business World. A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is required. Accounting background is preferred

Experience/Skills: Minimum 3+ years of experience developing/configuring Unit 4 Business World

Job responsibilities:

• Performing analysis, design, coding, data migration and testing for ERP production and development environments
• Completing technical service requests and providing continuous business application support for ERP software and legacy systems
• Work and coordinate with Business World consultants on special projects
• Assisting application owners in the development of test scripts, policies and procedures
• Helping to upgrade and implement ERP software
