Chester Schools is looking for several part-time, PAID ( ~ 20-30 hours per week)
Computer Interns asap for May, Summer & Fall/Winter 2021 and beyond. I am contacting you to
see if you can send me any/all resumes for students who may be interested.
Chester UFSD is a leader in technology in K-12 schools in the Hudson Valley.
We would like to interview candidates ASAP as we have openings starting in May 2021.
Basic Requirements:
============================
1.> Must be enrolled in at least part-time classes Fall and/or Spring. Can work
Summer without being enrolled in classes.
2.> Do not necessarily have to be a Computer major if they have tech skills.
3.> Must have hours available M-F between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm
Typically, we seek a student who is enrolled in a technical degree/program
such as Computer Science, Networking, Computer Information Systems.
We will also consider a qualified Education or Business major - who clearly
demonstrates a background in computer technology/computer support, etc.
The student must remain a student in good standing to continue the position
from semester to semester. Updated transcripts must be provided each term
to verify this. The student must be fingerprinted to be able to work in NYS
public schools and follow all NYSED guidelines.
