Be present at 7:45 am in front of the HAB building, aka the HAB circle. Don't be too late. We will leave at 7:55am.
(*) For whom who go directly to IBM by their cars:
Be present at 8:45 am at IBM building 005 "Briefing Center" to check in.
Instructions to get there:
Over the Mid-hudson Bridge, follow Rte 9 south past Barnes & Noble (about 5 miles) there are 2 traffic lights close together in front of B&N. Right after Barnes and Noble take right into IBM complex (100 yards or so) just before you go under an over pass for Spakenkill Road. Between the lights and the IBM entrance is a driveway to the back of an IBM building...DO NOT turn in there. Once you turn right , into IBM, follow signs for Briefing center...make first right and you will come right to the front door.
" As you enter the IBM site look for the large site map, follow the signs for building 005 "Briefing Center", Park in the back of building 005 and walk around to the front entrance. "
