As a Front End software engineer at Lovingly you are a computer programmer who is proficient at building the client-facing side of all applications. A Lovingly front end engineer is a full stack developer with emphasis on the front end. You build front end applications using a variety of technologies. You create readable, maintainable code-bases that follow the standards and practices of modern web software development. You are encouraged to push the inclusion of new technologies and techniques as we grow our brand to ensure we stay ahead of the curve. You also write CSS, Javascript, and template code for emails, one page apps, and the legacy systems. In addition, as an Intern at Lovingly your role is important in supporting the projects you are assigned to. You handle complicated technical challenges and can plan and implement solutions that span multiple systems that will allow each sub-system to perform tasks its best suited for.
